Converts from Queen of Peace write about their RCIA experiences.
"It is difficult to put into words how wonderful it has been to enter the Catholic Tradition through the RCIA process. As one who lacked the Christian education as a child, I can imagine the distinct advantage of learning and finding meaning in my new Catholic faith as an Adult. The RCIA experience has been instrumental in starting the "filling process" of the faith void that was hampering my day-to-day life. Learning as an adult seems to carry with it so much impact. While I regret now the years without a defined faith, I now feel ready to grow and share my faith in the Catholic Church with a foundation provided by the RCIA process. For that I will be forever grateful." Michael Garren
"Seek and you will find. RCIA was just was I was looking for. It was a special doorway for me to enter into the Catholic Christian community. I knocked on the door and it opened and welcomed me. While the process seemed long before I could come forward and receive the Eucharist, I later came to realize that the time was a gift for me to study, reflect and pray on the meaning of this great Mystery."
